Interim FP&A Controller
Interim Search is looking for a consultant to join the Nordic Finance Team at an international company within Healthcare. As FP&A controller you will have a key role in the transformation process to increase operation effectiveness and profitability. This position offers you a lot of visibility and involvement in strategic and operational decision making.
Main Responsabilities:
- Planning, executing, and improving the financial performance cycle, including the budget process, quarterly forecasts, and monthly reporting.
- Compiling and quality-assuring financial reports to be presented to both local management and international group management.
- Strategic and operational monitoring of cash flow, as well as driving improvements to optimize liquidity.
- Advanced reviewing of business KPIs and financial data to identify variances and present concrete action plans.
- Ensuring financial expertise in business development projects, efficiency initiatives, and in connection with potential M&A processes.
For å komme i betraktning for rollen:
- University degree in finance, controlling, accounting, or business administration.
- At least 5 years of experience from qualified and analytical finance roles.
- Deep understanding of financial modeling, reporting frameworks, and business planning.
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, along with solid experience working with BI tools.
- Proven track record of translating complex, cross-functional processes into strategic decision support for management teams.
- Strong commercial and proactive mindset with a genuine passion for financial analysis and problem-solving.
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience with Cognos Controller and IFS is a plus.
