Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim CFO to a service producing company with headquarters in central Stockholm. The company is listed and has grown strongly in recent years and now has a turnover of SEK 500 million. The company works in Visma and you will be responsible for five people. Reporting to the CEO.
To be eligible for the assignment, you have recently worked operationally in managing a finance function and you have been responsible for group consolidation in accordance with IFRS. As the assignment extends over the year-end, your main task will be to ensure that the financial statements and annual report are approved. The assignment will start in November and last until the end of February, when the incoming CFO will take up his/her position.
