CO-Interim CFO and Project Support

As Co-Interim CFO and Project Support, you will report to the Group CFO and share the tasks within Finance with the Group CFO.

Main duties

• Support in reporting to the stock exchange (team on site to do the actual work is available at 90%)
• Quality assurance of annual and interim reports
• Lead the Group's budget and forecasting work together with the Group Accounting Manager, who reports to the Group CFO.
• Treasury – responsible for cash flow forecasting, cash management, and financial policy
• Participate in small and large projects, such as setting up accounting for the new holding company, processes for working efficiently with the group's various ERP systems, and internal processes in a new organizational structure following a recent acquisition, including transfer pricing projects.

Who we are looking for:

• You have +10 years of experience in personnel management and finance roles in international listed companies.
• You have +10 years of experience in change management to streamline processes and procedures within the finance function.
• You have +5 years of experience in quality assurance of annual and interim reports in listed companies.
• You have +5 years of experience working independently and operationally with cash flow forecasting, cash management, and financial policy.
• You have an understanding of IFRS regulations, but you don't need to be an expert (we have experts within the company).
• You understand transfer pricing rules, but you don't need to be an expert (we have experts within the company).
• You are analytical and have the ability to lead others.
• You are communicative and proactive
• You speak and write Swedish and English fluently.

About the process

The assignment is for 100% full-time. Start date is September 25 or October 2 at the latest, and the assignment is expected to last for 12 months.
