2025-10-29

Interim Search has been ranked a sensational 72nd on the Financial Times' prestigious Europe's Long-term Growth Champions 2026 list. This list, produced in partnership with analyst firm Statista, identifies Europe's most enduring growth companies by measuring their performance over a ten-year period and includes only 300 companies in total. The ranking consolidates the company's position in the absolute elite of European growth companies with proven long-term success.

The top ranking (72) is strong evidence of the company's capacity for exceptional and sustained acceleration over the past decade.

“Being ranked Europe's 72nd Long-term Growth Champion is an incredible milestone that confirms our strategy is working - especially during a period when many others are forced to slow down. We have made a conscious decision to accelerate and invest in our business model, our team and our processes, despite the difficult economic times around us.” says Stefan Granqvist, CEO and co-founder of Interim Search.

The company attributes its success to a deliberate strategy of scaling up internal capabilities and focusing on data-driven ways of working. Interim Search has consistently recruited and built a large, competent team.

“Our entire growth journey is proof that investing in the right people is crucial. We have one of the largest research teams in the market that is a big part of our success. Their proactive work and data-driven processes are the foundation for us to ensure the most accurate matches in the market,” says Wictor Bonde, Chief Growth Officer.

The rapid expansion has recently led to a reorganization and the recruitment of a COO, which is a strategic step to grow into the next phase of growth.

“We are hungry and love what we do. To scale up to the next level, we have now given ourselves an even bigger suit, with key recruitments and proven ways of working. The ranking on Europe's Long-term Growth Champions sends a strong signal for our international expansion and underlines our ambition to keep improving to be even stronger in the future.” concludes Stefan Granqvist.
