Interim HR Manager

With 15 years of experience in operational HR roles, Elisabeth is a highly versatile and knowledgeable consultant with a broad frame of reference. She started as a recruitment consultant after graduating and soon moved into a pure HR role as a specialist at one of Sweden's largest transport companies. After six years, she had gained experience in in-house recruitment, competence planning, leadership development, procurement, rehabilitation, and numerous projects to build and improve processes, routines, and tools, and thus felt ready for personnel responsibility. She was hired by a French company as HR manager with responsibility for all HR processes, her own staff, and participation in the management team. As the role was at group level, she missed working closely with the business and therefore moved on to an entrepreneurial company with 350 employees with the same overall responsibility as before, with the difference that she now got to be part of building a company undergoing positive change. After three years, the function was in place and she made an active decision to start working as an interim consultant. Now that she has recently completed a one-year assignment at an international fashion company in FMCG, she is ready for her next challenge.

Elisabeth is a youthful person with lots of energy who enjoys working. She is a highly interesting resource for a sales-driven organization that needs help with recruitment, termination, motivation, structuring, and growth. She would prefer a managerial role, but most recently she has held the position of HRBP, so specialist assignments may also be relevant.
