His first job after graduation was in his family's company as HR manager. The role had not existed before, and he was thrown into creating a structure for how the company worked with its 75 employees, compliance, employment contracts, policies, and related matters. After five years and a well-functioning HR department, he decided to look for a job outside the company and was hired as HR manager at a fast-growing IT company. He then chose to become an interim consultant and has so far been hired by several of our clients in broad HR roles.
