Tom developed an interest in organizations and the psychology behind them at an early age. At university, he therefore chose to study Human Resource Management and subsequently joined a consulting firm where he was responsible for recruitment and employer branding. After gaining insight into the consulting industry, he was drawn to the variety of the work and has now been an independent interim consultant for most of his professional career. As a consultant, he has, among other things, joined a well-known home appliance company to build up the recruitment organization and ensure the quality of recruitment methods. Since then, he has broadened his portfolio and served as HR manager in three different interim assignments; he is currently seeking his fourth.
