Camilla started her career in staffing, later moving into broader generalist roles in HR. As an employee, she worked in manufacturing, retail and consultancy. When she took the step to become an interim consultant three years ago, she had a wealth of knowledge and has since had five successful assignments, in which she has developed corporate culture, coached managers and supported change journeys. In her most recent assignment, she was interim HR Business Partner at a Swedish fashion company that had grown significantly in a short time. She implemented fundamental processes and ran a major project to integrate a new HR system. She also supported the management team, which had a positive impact on the rest of the organization.
Camilla has worked with change management in big and small ways. In her next assignment, she wants to help a company get structure and continuity in its HR work.
