Many of the HR projects are extensive and have involved expanding organizations, downsizing production units and offices, implementing HR systems, developing salary structures and career paths, supporting M&A projects, streamlining onboarding, and designing training programs. With this extensive experience comes industry knowledge that Anette has gathered in areas such as tech, manufacturing, white goods, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and FMCG.
