Sophie has worked in HR since graduating and had her first management role over 20 years ago. Since then, she has worked for many different companies and in many different roles, and four years ago she decided to seek new challenges in her career as an interim consultant. During those years, she has had three long-term assignments. One of the assignments was at a multinational company with over 5,000 employees. Sophie was involved in leading a reorganization, laying off several employees, improving the corporate culture, and developing skills and processes. The entire assignment lasted one year and yielded good results in terms of the organization's efficiency. Sophie then took on a new assignment at a global IT company with over 3,000 employees. The company had grown through several acquisitions, and Sophie's assignment was to develop routines and processes for a new size and new functions. She also served as HR support to management.
Sophie is an experienced HR consultant with experience from large companies, but also PE-owned companies. She is accustomed to change management and leading reorganizations.
