Interim HR Business Partner

Frida is an interim HR Business Partner, and her most recent assignments have been in companies that have undergone significant changes in a short period of time. Some client companies have grown rapidly, while others have undergone reorganizations following acquisitions and mergers. In these assignments, Frida has been responsible for integrating values and culture, reviewing organizational structure, leadership, skills development, and establishing frameworks for further HR work. Her most recent assignment was at a large energy company that had grown significantly in a short period of time. Frida worked closely with management, and her primary task was to ensure that HR strategies were aligned with overall business objectives. She was instrumental in a number of improvements in leadership training, onboarding processes, goal management, and performance evaluation. The last project before she stepped down from the assignment was in the area of compensation, where Frida was responsible for conducting a salary survey and ensuring that the structure for compensation and benefits was in line with industry standards.
