Sara is a Business Controller and Group Controller with a special interest in change management. She recently stepped down from an assignment for a real estate group where she did a review of the controlling function and developed the department to the next level. This in close cooperation with the Group CFO. Earlier in her career, she has mainly worked in large companies and groups, mainly in a global environment. In one of her longer interim assignments, she worked as interim Group Business Controller at a manufacturing company, with billions in turnover and operations in about a hundred countries. Sara had a significant role in driving through investments in consultation with the CFO. She was also responsible for developing the investment analysis for the global business. In a similar role in the media industry, Sara had global responsibility for the controlling function. She was also involved in a corporate acquisition.
Sara is a seasoned, multi-faceted Controller with experience in acquisitions and investments. A much-needed asset for any Group CFO.
