Madeleine is an economist by training. In recent years, however, she has specialized as an ERP consultant and led project management of extensive system implementations in large companies and groups. Her CV consists consistently of change assignments, digitization and extensive system changes. She is often hired when the finance department needs to be reorganized, which often includes extensive ERP changes, development of BI tools, development of financial models or new reporting structure. In the projects, Madeleine is also responsible for managing system suppliers, leading the steering group and presenting the progress of the projects and risk analysis to the management team. In her latest assignment, Madeleine was seconded as an interim ERP consultant to a medtech company, where in addition to the practical and strategic work of changing ERP systems, she has worked with leadership, behavioral changes and coached a team of five people.
