Björn served as a career officer in the Swedish Armed Forces before going on to build a distinguished career in the 2000s as an HR manager and, later, Nordic HR director for one of Sweden’s most successful manufacturing companies. His experience includes extensive restructuring projects, establishing policies and processes, procurement, union negotiations, recruitment, workplace safety and health initiatives, and executive team collaboration. He left his position at the turn of the year to begin a career as an interim executive.
