Caroline started as an interim consultant back in 2012. Since then, she has worked for large service companies and been responsible for payroll management as an interim payroll specialist. Caroline is an experienced and quick-learning consultant who we have hired out to a number of clients. Most recently, she worked at a telecommunications company where she was responsible for the entire payroll process, accounting control, vacation pay, statistics, and salary reviews. She also handled administration in HR systems and kept up to date with new hires, terminations, and changes. In previous assignments, her responsibilities have been even more extensive, including working for a media company where she was responsible for HR and payroll systems during a merger. She project managed the system change and implementation while handling the payroll process, payroll calculations, reconciliations, and controls as usual.
