Malou began her career as an accounting economist and payroll administrator and has since specialized further in payroll management. Over the past three years, she has advanced to management positions with personnel responsibility for up to four people and responsibility for improvement projects aimed at streamlining and structuring payroll management. In addition, Malou has been responsible for payroll surveys, payroll administration for over 3,000 salaries, reporting to authorities, and contract interpretations. Malou is also system-savvy and has acted as project manager for new time reporting systems and been product owner for most established payroll systems.
