Interim Payroll Manager

Beatrice has extensive experience as a consultant in HR & payroll. Over the years, she has specialized in building, developing and streamlining processes. After a long HR career as a personnel manager and HR specialist, Beatrice was recruited to her first role as payroll manager seven years ago. This was her last position before starting her own business as an interim consultant, and since then the payroll assignments have been coming thick and fast. In her most recent assignment, she was seconded via Interim Search to a pharmaceutical company. Beatrice was responsible for managing the payroll department, which handled about 1,500 salaries. She drove the implementation, development and streamlining of processes and was involved in implementing a completely new payroll system. She also had personnel responsibility for five people.

Beatrice has experience in different industries, negotiations, laws and systems. She has mainly been in medium and large companies and thrives on great responsibility.
