Her most recent assignment was for a client that had just been listed on the stock exchange, and Amelia's task was to establish and lead the compensation & benefits area. She developed processes, policies, and tools for assessing salary levels and performance management. She also led projects to introduce variable pay linked to business goals and, through surveys, highlight the connection between employee engagement and results.
