She is currently completing an assignment for a global food company, where she has worked as an HR Business Partner to build central recruitment processes and talent management programs within the Nordic HR organization. Her background is in international companies, where she has extensive experience working with HR issues in a cross-cultural environment, with the ambition of creating uniform procedures and a common structure. In all of her roles, she has also worked with union negotiations and labor law.
