Moa began working with strategic purchasing almost 20 years ago. She has been involved in industries such as transportation, manufacturing, infrastructure, and energy. She is a newly appointed interim consultant and left her job last fall. At that time, she was global category manager at a billion-dollar manufacturing company, where she handled indirect purchasing and worked extensively with category management. Under Moa's leadership, purchasing strategies, processes, policies, and supplier management were developed. She also led a growing category team and was ultimately responsible for leading the digitization and implementation of purchasing systems globally. Prior to that, she held another role responsible for indirect purchasing, this time at a pharmaceutical company with a turnover of a couple of billion. Moa was recruited after an acquisition and was partly responsible for the integration process. This included recruiting a purchasing team and procuring IT systems.
As an interim consultant, Moa enjoys taking on assignments in large companies. Her expertise lies in indirect purchasing, primarily IT services.
