Interim Quality Manager

Lena is a driven interim Quality Manager with extensive experience in manufacturing, automotive, technology, and logistics. She is accustomed to leading and developing entire quality departments, including personnel, budgets, and occupational health and safety responsibilities. Lena's focus is on developing and improving processes to continuously raise standards and efficiency in quality management. She also has extensive experience with Lean methodology for optimizing process flows.

Lena ensures full compliance with quality management systems and monitors product quality throughout the entire chain – from supplier to end customer. She quickly coordinates quality deviations in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, drives training and improvement work internally, and follows up on key KPIs to implement solutions that improve quality.
