Senior HR Consultant
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Senior HR Consultant to a billion-dollar company based in Sweden and operating in the Nordic region.
Main duties:
- Work closely with the business to create HR processes for the Nordic countries, such as onboarding.
- Ensure (strategically and operationally) compliance with the work environment policy.
- Act as a sounding board for the CEO.
- Support to managers in the management team.
To be eligible for the role:
- Several years of experience in business-related HR work.
- Previous experience in putting HR processes in place.
- Confident personality with operational ability to get things done.
- You are fluent in spoken and written English.
About the process:
The assignment is full-time (part-time is possible) starting as soon as possible and is expected to last 6-12 months.
