Tilda Blom is a Senior Researcher at Interim Search AB and a member of our research team, which analyzes the market, identifies the right candidates for each interim assignment, and prepares the materials for candidate presentations. The team also ensures that our CRM system, contract registration, and client and candidate administration maintain high standards. Tilda’s role also includes working closely with and, to some extent, supervising a junior researcher. Tilda holds a bachelor’s degree in human resources management from the University of Gothenburg.
