Interim Warehouse and Logistics Manager
Interim Search has been commissioned to fill the position of Interim Warehouse and Logistics Manager at an exciting company undergoing change.
Main duties:
- Lead and coordinate the warehouse operations team, consisting of approximately 30–50 employees
- Maintain day-to-day operations and coordinate customer assignments based on volume on a daily and weekly basis
- Be responsible for monitoring results and steering the organization toward key performance indicators
- Transition to a Permanent Solution
To be eligible for the role:
- Experienced Warehouse and Logistics Manager with a strong understanding of workflows and warehouse processes
- Experienced interim consultant and leader with the ability to develop employees
- Good general familiarity with the system; experience with Ongoing is a plus
- Fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written
About the process:
