Interim VP Finance
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim VP Finance for a global listed group.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the financial strategy of a global business area
- Manage and develop a team of 30 staff, including 6 direct reports
- Supporting the group with strategic priorities
- Identify, drive and implement development areas
- Provide financial support to the business area
- Responsible for reporting, monthly accounts, cost analysis, cash flow management and forecasting
- Responsible for the budget process
- Overall responsibility for the accounting functions
- Engaging with global stakeholders
- Member of the business area management team
- Reports to the Global CFO and with dotted line to the VP of Business Area
To be eligible for the role, you have:
- Experience from similar assignments or employment in the near future
- Experience in automotive or transportation
- Experience from companies with R&D and own production
- Experience in international companies with foreign ownership
- Documented leadership experience
- Proven experience as a change leader
- Fluent in Swedish and English
About the process:
The assignment (2376) is expected to last 6-9 months, full-time starting January 24. Presentation of candidates will take place on January 18 and interviews with the company will take place on January 19.
