Interim Finance Transformation Lead
Interim Search is looking for an operational and system-strong Finance Transformation Lead for a global leader in digital marketing solutions. The company is owned by a leading Nordic Private Equity company and is in an expansive phase where the Scandinavian finance function will now be strengthened for increased scalability.
The organization is fully digital with no fixed offices, with management and teams spread globally. As Interim Finance Transformation Lead, you will optimize the finance processes for the Scandinavian companies and act as the bridge between the centralized function in Asia and the local legal requirements in Scandinavia.
The role reports to the Global Head of Finance in Asia and is expected to drive change by both setting structure and working operationally in the systems.
Main duties:
- You review and analyze existing finance processes to identify inefficiencies and manual bottlenecks.
- You will develop and implement new, scalable finance processes that support the company's international growth journey.
- You drive concrete improvements in accounts receivable, accounts payable and purchasing processes to ensure high data quality.
- You lead transformation projects and change work that connects the Scandinavian companies with the global organization.
- You will develop relevant KPIs and report progress on an ongoing basis to Group Management in Asia.
To be eligible for the role:
- You are a senior economist with a Master's degree in finance or equivalent, combined with proven experience in finance transformation.
- You have very strong analytical skills and have worked operationally in complex system environments, preferably NetSuite and Metabase.
- You are an unpretentious and operational doer who thrives on “rolling up your sleeves” and digging into the details of a fully digital environment.
- You have worked in international environments and are used to running projects asynchronously across different time zones with a high level of autonomy.
- You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, which is an absolute requirement for the role.
About the process
The assignment is full-time and is expected to last 6 months starting as soon as possible. The work is 100 % remote with high flexibility in terms of working hours. We will present candidates to the client on Tuesday, April 14 and interviews with the client will take place in connection with that.
