Interim Head of Unit
Interim Search has been commissioned to fill the position of interim unit manager for a municipality in Närke;
As Head of the Finance Department, you will lead a team of approximately 25 employees and create a supportive work environment for them. You will report to the Chief Financial Officer and be a member of the management team.
Main duties:
- Leading, supporting and developing the skills of staff
- Responsibility for personnel, operational and financial matters
- Planning, monitoring and overall development of activities
To be eligible for the role, you have:
- Academic degree
- At least five years' experience as a manager
- Economic knowledge
- Experience in a politically controlled organization is highly advantageous
About the process:
This is a part-time position (80%) and is expected to last 10 months, starting immediately. We will present candidates no later than April 9, and interviews with the client company will take place in week 15.
