Interim QA/QC Team Leader
Interim Search has been entrusted with filling the position of interim QA/QC Team Leader at a pharmaceutical company based in Skåne. The role involves leading the day-to-day operations of the QA department, handling customer inquiries, and streamlining internal documents and processes.
Main duties:
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the Q Department
- Maintain contact with external laboratories
- Handle audit findings
- Respond to and handle customer inquiries
- Work within the company's quality management system
- Continuously update documents and processes to increase efficiency
To be eligible for the role:
- At least a high school engineering diploma, YTH, or equivalent education; however, we prefer candidates with a college degree in the field
- Several years of experience leading a department, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience working within a quality management system
About the process:
This is a full-time, on-site assignment at the client company. The position starts immediately and is expected to last approximately 6 months.
