Interim Talent Acquisition Manager

Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Talent Acquisition Manager to a startup company in Stockholm.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who wants to help build a TA function operationally and strategically for a company that is growing rapidly.

 

Main duties:

  • Be strategically and operationally responsible for the supply of skills at the company and other companies in the group, both in Sweden and internationally.
  • Be responsible for building a TA function with different levels of knowledge.
  • Once the team is in place; lead and distribute the work.
  • Lead the TA function and create effective recruitment strategies to meet the group's growth objectives.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders within the company to understand the need for skills provision.
  • Identifying and harnessing talent internally and attracting talent externally.
  • Be responsible for implementing system support or setting requirements for the development of own system support.
  • Be responsible for the senior recruitments, from the management team upwards. However, the role will recruit broadly at first.
  • Be the contact person for any use of external recruitment agencies. Establish effective cooperation and monitor the impact of the delivery.
  • Be responsible for employer branding and collaborate with HR on EVP and marketing with EB.

 

The person we are looking for:

  • You have been working in talent acquisition for many years, some of them in a senior position, from TA or before.
  • You have experience in team building.
  • You like and can work both operationally and strategically.
  • You have a background in fast-growing companies, the staffing industry or other fast-moving businesses.
  • Relevant education in behavioral sciences or economics.
  • You are communicative, structured and good at helping other people grow and develop.
  • You are a good salesperson, networker and business-minded.
  • You express yourself very well in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

 

About the process:

The assignment is initially for 6 months and starts no later than January 10, 2022. We present candidates on an ongoing basis and interviews take place in subsequent days at the client company.
