Interim Maintenance Planner
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Maintenance Planner to a high-tech metal company in Southern Dalarna. The company works long-term to guarantee society's access to necessary metals. It has a turnover of approximately 70 billion and has 6000 employees globally.
Main duties
- Coordination officer in maintenance modes and coordinates health and safety work between employers involved in maintenance modes.
- Schedules work so that risks are minimized and work is done as efficiently as possible.
- Ensure that risk analyses and instructions for planned works are in place and you communicate these to those concerned.
- Holds planning meetings, follow-ups and is driven in the development of maintenance in planning and scheduling.
- Interacts with preparers and supervisors in resource allocation
- You contribute your expertise in reference groups and cross-functional improvement work.
- You will work closely with mechanics, electricians and operations staff as well as supervisors and technicians.
- It works closely with other partners in maintenance, production, storage and projects to improve flows.
- You are alone in the role of planner but part of a team with technicians, preparers, engineers and designers.
To be eligible for the role
- Experience of working environment management and coordination.
- Relevant training.
- Experience in maintenance/maintenance processes.
- Experience working in maintenance systems, preferably Maximo and Scheduler.
- Good computer skills.
- B driver's license.
- Fluent in spoken and written Swedish.
Meritorious
- Experience of working in a process-driven industry.
- Coordination of contracting.
- Experience in project management.
- Bas-P/Bas-U.
The assignment is for 100% and is expected to last at least 6 months.
