Interim Chief Sustainability Officer
Interim Search has been entrusted with the appointment of an Interim Chief Sustainability Officer for a growing international group where sustainability is a central part of the strategic focus.
Main duties:

Work both strategically and operationally on the Group's sustainability agenda.

Responsible for the sustainability portfolio and developing ESG governance.

Interpret and implement new EU directives and regulatory requirements.

Ensure and develop sustainability reporting (CSRD, EUDR, PPWR).

Supporting group companies through governance documents, risk work and business-driven sustainability.
To be eligible for the role:
-
Proven experience in sustainability reporting at group level (CSRD etc.).

Experience of working practically with legal requirements and regulatory changes.

Previously driven change implementation in sustainability or compliance.

Experience in group reporting and working with the board/owners and authorities.

Experience from retail or consumer-related companies (e.g. products, medicine) is an advantage.

As a person, you are pragmatic, flexible and communicative.

Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
About the process:
