Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Site Manager for a manufacturing company in Jönköping County.
In the role of Interim Site Manager, you will take on the ultimate responsibility for one of the company's sites. You lead 28 employees and the entire production where you work for specific goals regarding efficiency and key figures. The site's production works according to LEAN.
To be relevant for the role, you have a solid background from management roles in production and good experience of managing both white-collar and factory workers. In addition, you have documented experience of working according to LEAN.
About the process:
The assignment is expected to last for about 9 months starting in November at the latest. We present candidates on an ongoing basis and interviews at the client company are conducted no later than the end of the month.
