Interim Senior Web Project Manager
Interim Search has been entrusted with the appointment of an Interim Senior Web Project Manager for a company in Stockholm.
Main duties:
- Drive and quality assure a comprehensive CMS migration from the current platform to a new modern system.
- Project manage complex integrations between CMS, ERP and LMS in dialog with IT project managers and external suppliers.
- Responsible for the planning and execution of a business-critical ”go live” under time pressure.
- Lead, manage and set requirements for external development partners to ensure delivery.
- Manage priorities, risk assessments and decision-making in a complex technical environment.
- Act as the hub between business, communication, IT and external suppliers.
- Plan, develop and maintain websites to ensure high quality, SEO and digital accessibility.
- Train the communication team in web management and content maintenance.
To be eligible for the role:
- Proven experience in leading major CMS migrations and go live projects with high business impact.
- Experience in system integrations between CMS, CRM/business systems and training platforms.
- Experience of acting as a requirements developer and leading external development teams towards set goals.
- Very good interpersonal skills and a natural aptitude for creating momentum between different stakeholders.
- Relevant training in web and interfaces or equivalent work experience.
- Experienced user of WordPress or similar CMS tools.
- Experience collaborating with Art Directors (AD) and other creative roles to refine the digital experience.
- A solution-oriented ”can-do” attitude and the ability to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English.
About the process:
The scope of the assignment is full-time and the duration is estimated at about 7-8 months with immediate start. We will present candidates during week 10.
