Interim Senior Project Manager in Product Development
Interim Search has been entrusted with the appointment of an interim Senior Project Manager for an exciting customer project aimed at developing an existing product based on a new business case, towards a partly new market.
The existing product is well proven and sells successfully on an international market and is a natural part of different types of properties and homes. Our customer has a strong brand and is a well-established company in Dalarna.
Main duties:
- Drive the project to completion based on the business case defined by management.
- Conduct a stakeholder analysis and define a clear scope of work.
- Implement governance models to measure progress and manage risks.
- Continuous interaction with different functions within the company.
- Monitor and report on project status.
To be eligible for the role:
- Solid experience in project management in product development of physical products.
- Deep knowledge in project methodology and experience in structuring early phases.
- Experience in developing a scope of work through stakeholder analysis.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and ensure efficient work processes.
- An analytical, structured and communicative leader.
The process:
The assignment will start with 100% effort for the first two months, followed by a reduced effort to 40% for another 6-9 months.
