Interim Senior Payroll Consultant – System Expert Agda PS
Interim Search has been entrusted with filling the position of an interim Senior Payroll Consultant for a company that needs to strengthen its payroll function. In this role, you will serve as a key, independent resource focused on system issues, payroll management, and quality assurance. You will play a vital role in handling complex payroll issues, supporting the business, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and work methods.
Main duties:
- Support the payroll department with system-related issues.
- Handle and investigate complex payroll issues and discrepancies.
- Get support for issues related to the Agda PS payroll system.
- Ensure the connection between payroll processing and accounting.
- Investigative work related to systems and payroll processes.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in processes, procedures, and work methods.
- Support and guide colleagues in the payroll department.
To be eligible for the role:
- Extensive experience in specialized payroll work.
- Thorough understanding of the system (Agda PS).
- Experience working with complex payroll issues.
- A solid understanding of payroll and its connection to accounting.
- An interest in identifying and implementing improvements in processes and work methods.
- Strong teamwork skills and a habit of supporting colleagues with varying levels of experience.
