Interim Senior Legal Counsel
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Senior Legal Counsel to a global software company based in Stockholm.
Main duties:
- Independently operate, review and negotiate international commercial and complex service contracts.
- Provide business legal support, as well as navigate legal issues related to IPR, data sharing and cloud-based software solutions.
- Ensuring compliance and risk management.
- Together with the General Counsel and the Nordic legal team, manage the day-to-day legal operations during a period of change and growth.
To be eligible for the role:
- Several years of experience in the role of in-house counsel, ideally both as an employee and as an interim consultant.
- Experience with commercial contracts in English.
- Experience working with complex services in software, IT or telecom.
- Experience in B2B operations and commercial agreements.
- Fluency in written and spoken business English.
- Previous experience as a commercial lawyer in a law firm is an advantage.
About the process
The assignment is part-time 50-75% and will start as soon as possible or at the latest in early September. Vacation break possible between July 15 and August 15. The assignment is expected to last for 12 months. Presentation of candidates to the client will take place on June 11 and interviews with the client company will take place on June 12.
