Interim Senior Group Financial Controller

In the role of interim Senior Group Financial Controller, you will join an innovative listed company in a global context. You are responsible for group accounting in a situation with several change projects and major changes.

Main duties:

• Consolidated financial statements, including consolidation
• Supporting subsidiaries in terms of consolidated accounts, reported figures and joint projects
• Responsible for internal and external reporting
• Supervise one Group Financial Controller and possibly more
• Leading change
• Report to the Head of Accounting

To be eligible for the role, you have:

• Several years of experience from assignment/employment as responsible for group accounting in a listed company
• Experience with the Aaro system
• A strong operational capability and a high degree of familiarity with a changing environment
• Experience with IPOs is an advantage

About the process:

The assignment is expected to last for 9-12 months, starting as soon as possible in August. Presentation and interviews will take place on an ongoing basis, no later than July 12.
