Interim Senior Data Protection Specialist (Senior Privacy Manager) and Central Functional Manager (AML/CTF)
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Senior Privacy Manager and Central Functional Manager (AML/CTF).
The role is new and reports directly to the CEO
Main duties:
The role includes, among other things, working in the GDPR area:
- Responsible for the company's GDPR and data protection issues in Sweden, .
- Work together with the company's data protection coordinator in GDPR and
data protection issues. - Monitor compliance with data protection legislation and internal regulations at the company
and its franchises. - Work on internal procedures and processes and develop and maintain our internal
data protection framework, such as policies and guidelines, updated and operational in
practice. - Monitor issues related to data protection legislation.
- Conduct risk assessments and legal investigations regarding GDPR/data protection.
- Assists in investigating/managing supplier issues and drafting relevant agreements such as
related to personal data management, e.g. data processing agreements. - Managing personal data breaches and documenting them.
- Advising and supporting the other departments of the company and its franchises, and planning and delivering training.
The role of central functional manager in AML/CTF matters is in practice performed on behalf of
the company's franchise company, which is also an operator under the Money Laundering Act.
The role of Central Functional Manager includes, among other things
- Keep up to date with global trends and risks.
- Be knowledgeable and aware of the company's products and services and the risks to
money laundering and terrorist financing that they bring with them. - Assisting franchises in assessing the risks of their operations.
- Provide training and advice on money laundering and terrorist financing issues.
- Assist the General Counsel in the development of procedures and guidelines for measures against
money laundering and terrorist financing. - Otherwise advise the company and franchises on AML/CTF issues.
To be eligible for the role:
- Law degree
- At least five years of recent and qualified experience working on GDPR issues.
- Previous knowledge in the AML/CTF area, or a willingness to develop a
greater knowledge in the field. - Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English.
- Experience in information security, IT and digitalization issues is particularly advantageous.
The assignment will start as soon as possible and is expected to last 12 months full-time.
