Interim Head of Section
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Division Head for a key player with a mission of public importance in the occupational pension and insurance industry.
As Interim Section Manager, you will be part of the company’s management team and will place a strong emphasis on the big picture, leadership, and development.
Overall responsibility for fostering expertise and leading a team through development and change.
Main duties
- Operational leadership
- Lead the section and ensure delivery
- Personnel responsibility for several employees.
- Set the direction, prioritize, and follow up on operations.
- Driving strategic development and conducting studies within the business area are key components of the role
- Education and Outreach Activities

- Ensure that training and information reach labor organizations, employers, and individuals
- Drive the development of their offerings and teaching methods.
- Coordination of HR Matters

- Work with the HR Manager to implement and develop the strategic HR plan
- Serve as a liaison between HR and company management
- Be responsible for coordinating matters related to facilities and archives, as well as the local safety committee
- Overall responsibility for a team tasked with maintaining and developing relationships with stakeholders and partners through dialogue, networking, procurement, and onboarding processes
Who we are looking for:
- You have extensive experience in the pension, insurance, or related industries
- You have extensive experience in strategic analysis or business development
- You have at least 5 years of leadership experience with personnel responsibility and experience in corporate management
- You have the ability to combine strategic thinking with operational execution.
- You are driven and proactive.
- You have a knack for teaching and strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- You have excellent collaboration skills, both cross-functionally and with external parties
- You are skilled at building trusting relationships.
- You have experience working with external stakeholders.
- You speak and write Swedish fluently
- Experience in training and outreach activities is a plus
About the process
The assignment is 100% of Full-time. Start date: mid-August; the assignment is expected to last just over 6 months.
