Interim Sales Manager

Interim Search is now looking for an interim Sales Manager for one of our clients. The assignment starts in January 2016 and is expected to last 12 months. The primary task is to increase the company's sales in Sweden and internationally. The parent company is located in Stockholm and sells proprietary products both through subsidiaries and resellers. You will report to the VP Global Sales.

Your mission will be to increase sales through dealers in each focus market and to improve sales management processes. You work together with the respective Area Manager who is responsible for a distributor in each market, who in turn sells to dealers and lessors. The assignment also includes following up product launches and events.

Depending on the candidate, the assignment can be either full-time or part-time, approximately three days per week. Depending on the scope, in addition to staff responsibility for Area Managers, which is the core of the job, it also includes responsibility over the Head of After Sales and/or the Head of Sales & Operations. Management includes leadership and sales issues as well as developing the technical knowledge of distributors and dealers.

To be considered for this position, you have recently held the role of Sales Manager in a company that works with distributors through the development of their dealers and key account planning. You are used to working in international companies, have management experience and are stimulated by business development.
