Interim Head of Department Construction Services
Interim Search has been entrusted with the appointment of an interim Head of Construction Services for a company in Skåne with both construction and construction service operations.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- You will report to the Head of Building Services.
- You will manage around 20 site managers, supervisors and skilled workers.
- You have a lot of customer contacts and are a key person in the work of “pulling in the jobs”.
To be eligible for the role:
- You have several years of experience in construction services and project management.
- You are a successful leader and role model.
- You like to combine strategy with hands-on leadership.
- You are confident, communicative and businesslike.
About the process:
The assignment is full-time and is expected to last for about 6 months starting in February. Selection is ongoing and interviews with the client company take place 12-13/2.
