Interim Search has been asked to appoint an interim Release Manager for a software company in Gothenburg. As Release Manager you are responsible for expanding and enhancing our service levels by controlling releases, coordinating various initiatives, demands and communication between teams, stakeholders etc.
The main responsibility will be to support and keep a close dialog with the different work-streams delivering into the platform. You will maintain the release schedule and keep track of and communicate progress and deadlines both towards the different work-streams and the maintenance team. You are responsible of maintaining the delivery check-list and make sure deliveries from the work-streams follow standards.
You have 5-10 years experience of working in a similar context and it is especially meriting if you have experience from working in a large company with multiple offshore delivery centers and thrives in a multicultural environment.
