Interim Regional Manager
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Regional Manager for an IT consulting company with 200 employees.
As Interim Regional Manager in Stockholm, you have direct staff responsibility for 30 consultants and a team leader who in turn is responsible for 15 consultants. You will report to the CEO.
You are located in modern, completely renovated premises and there is a garage space.
Main duties
- PnL responsibility for the region and member of the Group Management Team
- Developing the region's objectives and business plan and monitoring the region's finances.
- Responsible for recruitment, performance and salary reviews, staffing, skills development, etc.
- Ensuring a good and pleasant office environment
- Responsible for developing the business for large accounts in a KAM role
- Participate in a variety of forums such as internal sales meetings, staffing forums, regional manager meetings
- Ensure local compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 27001 (expert available within the company)
Who we are looking for:
- You have solid experience as a consultant manager or similar in the IT consulting industry
- You have a great business understanding in IT consulting and an understanding of software development
- You have strategic height, but at the same time like to be operationally involved in the business
- You are service-minded and good at creating security in the organization
- You are a people's person who is used to handling many different things at once, high and low
- You are stress-resistant and flexible
- You are fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English
About the process
The assignment is 100% of full time. Start date is January 13 and the assignment is expected to last 9 months.
