Interim Search has been given the opportunity to appoint an Interim Refinancing Specialist for an exciting company undergoing change, based in Sweden.
Primary responsibilities:
- Analyze and assess the current debt structure
- Drive the transition into a healthier long-term setup
- Work closely with CEO, Board and Finance Partners
To be considered for the role:
- Previously conducted debt restructuring
- You have an understanding for bond debts and probably a background as CFO
- Swedish and English, fluent in speech and writing
About the process:
The assignment is starting in early August, and is expected to last for approximately 6 months. Presentation of candidates to the client will take place in week 24, and interviews with the client company will be conducted in conjunction with that.
