Interim R&D Manager
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim R&D Manager to a global manufacturing company in Jönköping County.
Main duties:
- Own and drive the company's technology roadmap.
- Responsible for the technical direction and driving product development projects forward.
- Lead and coach an experienced team of 10 people.
- Ensure a structured approach with clear processes and high delivery reliability.
Who we are looking for:
- Senior and confident person with several years of experience as a leader in R&D.
- Ability to be both responsive and demanding in their leadership.
- Technical expertise in the design and production of metal components.
- Has previously worked in a global organization with many interfaces.
- Fluent English, both spoken and written.
About the process:
The assignment is full-time and starts in early January and is expected to last for 6 months.
