Interim Project Manager Infrastructure
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Infrastructure Project Manager for an energy company based in Stockholm/Västerbotten/Norrbotten.
Main duties:
- Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate technology, permits, and project goals in an entrepreneurial and rapidly changing environment.
- Lead external suppliers in investigations, preliminary studies, pre-FEED, and Owner's Engineer services.
- Responsible for procurement and external suppliers in investigations, preliminary studies, and project planning.
- Manage planning, implementation, and follow-up of project timelines, costs, and content.
- Report to the steering group and program management, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
To be eligible for the role:
- Senior and self-motivated leader with an engineering background in civil engineering or similar.
- At least 10 years of experience in managing large infrastructure projects (>€100 million), preferably in start-up-like environments.
- Entrepreneurial, structured, and accustomed to working proactively in complex contexts.
- Strong skills in finance, procurement, contracts, and technical project management.
- Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English.
About the process:
