Interim Project Controller
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Project Controller for a fast-growing start-up company based in Stockholm. The company operates in the transportation and logistics industry.
In the role of interim Project Controller, you are responsible for project finance with a focus on business and efficiency in the company's 5-6 maintenance projects. You report to the company's CFO.
Main duties:
- Contribute to the development and results of 5-6 of the company's projects
- Work in several short-term projects
- Responsible for budget, financial statements and financial follow-ups
- Supporting the internal control work within the projects
- Responsible for budget, financial statements and financial follow-up of various kinds
- Challenge existing ways of working and initiate improvements
- Give presentations on financial issues at project presentations to the steering committee and senior management
To be eligible for the role, you have:
- Academic degree in economics or equivalent
- At least 6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably as an interim consultant
- A proactive, driven and business-like approach with the ability to manage multiple contacts and deals simultaneously
- Experience in commercial negotiations and contractual arrangements
- A structured approach and strong analytical skills
- Very good knowledge of the Office package with emphasis on Excel
