Interim Production Manager
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Production Manager for a manufacturing company that is investing heavily in the future. The company is part of an international group and is facing an exciting journey of change.
The Production Manager is responsible for 4 directly reporting supervisors with approximately 70 employees. The Production Manager reports to the CEO and is part of the management team.
Main duties:
- Responsible for driving the change work started.
- To lead and develop staff and the business forward.
- Creating conditions and strategies, and improving efficiency.
- Responsible for staff, budget and operations.
To be eligible for the role:
- You have experience as a production manager or similar role in industry.
- You have experience in leading companies through change.
- You have experience in managing direct reports.
- You have business acumen and a good understanding of business economics.
- As a person, you are driven, communicative and able to build good relationships.
- You have experience working in ERP systems, monitor is an advantage.
- You are technically savvy with an interest in production, technology and process equipment combined with financial awareness.
About the process:
The assignment is expected to last 12 months starting immediately. Possibility to work remotely about 2 days a week according to hybrid model. The customer is responsible for accommodation and travel. We present candidates on an ongoing basis, and interviews with the customer take place in connection with it.
