Interim Production Manager
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Production Manager for a food production company in Stockholm.
Main duties:
- Supervise 11 people, most of them in production
- Operationally manage and organize the work of the daily production activities
- Ensure quality and risk-free production and delivery reliability of products
- Ensure proper frameworks to achieve the desired quantity and quality
- Ensure compliance with policies, systems and processes
- Involved in the production's strategic improvement work and target management
- Responsible for employee development and creating motivation and commitment in teams
- Reports to the Business Area Manager
To be eligible for the role, you have:
- Solid experience as production manager and production leader in a manufacturing environment
- Good experience of successful leadership
- Experience in implementing machines for production (labeling, packaging) is advantageous
- Experience in food production or regulatory controlled activities is an advantage
About the process:
The assignment is expected to start immediately and last for 6 months. We interview and present candidates to the client company on an ongoing basis.
