Interim Production Manager
Interim Search has been tasked with recruiting a Production Manager for a growing company in Västra Götaland.
Main duties:
- Personnel management and supervision of 25 production employees
- Build and reestablish a basic HR structure in production
- Be a hands-on leader and ensure quality, on-time delivery, and efficient use of resources
- Conduct performance reviews, follow-ups, and documentation
- Ensure that quality and workplace safety procedures are followed in practice
- Lead improvement initiatives related to structure, organization, and work processes
- Work closely with the CEO and support functions (Marketing/Purchasing/Order Processing)
To be eligible for the role:
- Several years of experience in production management in the industrial sector
- Documented experience in managing staff
- Experience working in environments where structure, procedures, and follow-up need to be established or strengthened
- Experience with quality management and basic occupational safety and health practices
- Very strong in personnel management and relationship building
- Structured, methodical, persistent, and decisive
- Knowledge of Monitor or a similar MPS is a plus
- Swedish and English, spoken and written
- Opportunity to work on-site
